Description:

This is a used 160-gallon Feldmeier stainless steel reactor, constructed entirely of 316L stainless steel, with a 320-grit, electropolished interior for sanitary, high-purity processing.

The reactor is rated for 50 PSI and full vacuum at 350°F internal pressure, and jacketed for 150 PSI at 350°F, providing excellent thermal transfer for heating or cooling processes.

Key features include a hinged dish top, hemispherical bottom, bridge-mounted anchor agitator with sidewall scrapers, and a hydraulic tilt-out agitation system with a 2 HP onboard hydraulic pump. The reactor is equipped with multiple top ports and a 2" bottom outlet, and stands on four stainless steel legs for stability and hygiene.
