This DCI 3-liter stainless steel reactor is designed for precision small-batch processing, ideal for pharmaceutical, chemical, and laboratory applications. The reactor has a 6” diameter and 8” straight-side height, with a flat tri-clamp top and a dished bottom. Internally, it is rated for +40 PSI / -15 PSI at -20°F to 300°F, making it capable of handling pressure-sensitive and vacuum reactions. The jacket is rated for +10 PSI / -15 PSI at the same temperature range, allowing for precise temperature control during reactions.

This unit features multiple top openings for process connections and monitoring, including:

• 3/4" opening
• 5/8" opening
• 5/16" opening
• 1" tri-clamp connection

The reactor has a 1/4" center bottom outlet for product discharge. It is mounted on three stainless steel legs, ensuring stability and easy placement in lab or production environments.
