Description:

This A&B Process Systems 400 Gallon Reactor is a high-quality stainless steel processing vessel designed for chemical, pharmaceutical, and food applications. Constructed from 304L stainless steel, it features a vertical design with a 54" diameter and 24" straight side. The vessel has a dished top and a jacketed hemispherical bottom, both rated for 150 PSI at -20°F to 425°F. It is equipped with an off-center, top-entering angled anchor agitator with scrapers, driven by a 10 HP gear motor with a 40.80:1 ratio. The top includes an 18" manway with a davit arm cover, while the center bottom features a 4" outlet. The unit is mounted on three side lugs for secure installation.
