All external stiffeners, ribs and supports are constructed of structural steel, primed and color coated. Inside trough measures 33" wide x 64" long x 36" deep. 6" center bottom outlet. Mill finish exterior and mirror polished finish interior. Double ribbon design agitator constructed of stainless steel material. 3.5" diameter main shaft arranged for center bottom discharge. All contact parts ground and polished to mirror finish. Removable agitator shaft. Split, two piece top cover. Top of cover furnished with hinged and gasketed hatch openings with integral safety grate beneath. Proximity switch furnished for customer hookup. Pneumaticaly operated knife gate valve discharge. 6" diameter opening. Stainless steel on all product contact areas. Furnished with discharge valve guard. Stainless steel split housings supplied with Teflon rope packing. Heavy duty self-aligning outboard pillow block support bearings. 15 hp, 3 ph/60 hz/232-440 volt explosion proof gear motor, chain driven to agitator shaft arranged for 43 rpm output agitator speed.
