All external stiffeners, legs, ribs and supports are constructed of stainless steel. Inside trough measures 59" wide x 116" long x 64" deep. 10" center bottom outlet. Mill finish exterior and mirror finish interior. Double ribbon design Agitator constructed of stainless steel material. Outer ribbon measures 1/2" thick x 2-1/2" wide. Inner ribbon measures 3/8" thick x 3" wide. (7) diamond shaped support posts. 6" diameter main shaft. Arranged for center bottom discharge. Removable agitator. Mirror polish finish. Three (3)-piece top cover with safety grates mounted beneath. Proximity switch furnished for customer hook-up. Pneumatically operated knife gate valve discharge. 10" diameter opening. Stainless steel on all product contact areas. Furnished with discharge valve guard. Glands are stainless steel split housings supplied with Teflon rope packing. Complete with split stainless steel pusher and stainless steel backing plate. Heavy duty self-aligning outboard pillow block support bearings. 50 HP 3 PH/60Hz/230-460 volt TEFC gear motor, chain driven to an agitator shaft, arranged for 25 RPM output agitator speed.
