Used-Jaygo mixer/extruder, 400 gallon working capacity, model MXE 1600L. Total capacity 575 gallons, 400 gallon working capacity. Bowl dimensions: 59" x 54-3/4" x approximately 54" deep. Shell and jacket are carbon steel. Jacket ASME stamped, 60 psi, 400 deg F, previously used oil for heat. Double overlapping sigma blades, cast steel. Extrusion screw: cast steel, barrel liner. Sigma blades fixed speed, left 27 rpm, right 18 rpm. Screw is rated for 15 to 40 rpm. Thermocouple in mixing chamber, retractable door on top cover, misc feed ports on cover, removable wear sleeve in extruder barrel. New in 2000.
