Bowl is approximately, 54" front to back and 50" left to right. Insulated Cover. Bowl, End Plates and Barrel are Jacketed for Hot Oil at 450 Deg. F. Split Packing Glands. 24" Long Barrel Extension for Discharge Screw. Main Motor is 150 HP, 230/460 Volt, 3/60, Belt Driven and thru 2 Gearboxes. Discharge Screw is 75 HP, 460 Volt, 3/60, Belt Driven and thru Torque Arm Reducer. Includes Drive Panel for Blades and Screw and Remote Panel. Mixer is mounted on a Carbon Steel Base that measures approximately 273" Long x 108" Wide x 96" Tall. Panel is approximately 72" x 48" x 24". Remote Panel 25" x 31" x 13". Top Insulated Cover is approximately, 76" x 72". Built in 1994.

The mixing chamber is driven by a 100 HP, 3/60/230/460V, 900 RPM motor, paired with a Fincor Model 316Om control system and an Olson isolation transformer for stable operation.
The 48" x 48" x 48" mix chamber is designed for robust industrial performance, and the system includes all related control panels, making it ready for integration into demanding processing lines. Ideal for applications in plastics, rubber, adhesives, food products, and other viscous material processing.
