Adjustable brush heads, dial indicators on each head, 24" width, brushes powered by 7.5 hp motor, 33" - 38" variable passline, 9.5" diameter brush head, double infeed and outfeed hold-down rolls, go to device, infeed stop bar, main motor lead meters, oscillation on brush, VFD on each head. 2 heads (16 gauge crimp and nylon abrasive impregnated 80 grit), 15-45 FPM speed, 200-12200rpm abrasive brush CW/CCW, 0-5" thickness machine opening, 25" maximum width. 62 FLA (full load amps), 3,100 CFM dust collection flow, 2 CFM air supply flow, 3/60/230 volt, built 2020. The Distresser is a top-of-the-line machine that can distress material such as; flooring, furniture parts, signage, cabinets, millwork, solid wood panels, veneer panels, old barn wood, and many other types of material.
