This VAC-U-Max 48" Surge Bin with Screw Discharger is designed for bulk material handling and pneumatic conveying applications. Featuring a 25ft³ capacity hopper, a 6" screw discharge, and a 2 HP (1.5 kW) TEFC gearmotor drive, this unit provides efficient and controlled material flow.
Built with 316 stainless steel for all product contact surfaces, this bin ensures high durability and compliance with food-grade and industrial material handling standards. It includes a 6" Salina-Vortex pneumatic orifice gate valve with position indication, 8" OD inlets on the cover, and a 4" OD port for fugitive dust collection.
For enhanced flow efficiency, the bin features a pneumatic vibrator with rubber isolation mounts. The carbon steel support frame with a white food-grade powder coat finish is equipped with forklift pockets for easy mobility.
