Description

This used Accutek (Labelette) Model APS-106 Automatic In-line Pressure Sensitive Wraparound Labeler is designed for high-speed labeling of cylindrical containers such as bottles, jars, cans, and similar containers. The system is capable of labeling speeds from 20 to 175 containers per minute, depending on product characteristics and machine setup.

The labeler accommodates labels from 0.5" to 22" in length and 0.75" to 5.75" in height, allowing for a wide variety of labeling applications. It can process containers ranging from 7/8" to 6" in diameter, making it suitable for multiple packaging formats.

The system features a 78" long conveyor with adjustable guide rails and spacer wheel, ensuring consistent container spacing and alignment. A 6-1/2" high label peeler plate and 17" belt wrap station provide accurate wraparound label application.

The labeler is equipped with a Hitech touchscreen control panel, Panasonic FPOR-C16CT PLC, Delta VFD, and emergency stop controls. The entire unit is mounted on a stainless steel base frame with casters for mobility and easy integration into existing packaging lines.
