Used Quadrel RFID Pressure Sensitive Labeler, Model Q60 EAS Proline. Approximate 50 to 60 labels per minute. Equipped with dual heads (redundant head design) set-up for pressure sensitive RFID tag application..Has a 4-1/2" web width with maximum label width of 4-3/8". Currently setup with 2" peeler plate. Variable speed stepper motor label drive capable of dispensing up to 2200" per minute. Up to a 20" OD label roll. Servo driven label heads. 4-1/2" Wide belt conveyor. Has a Keyence vision system with reject, and Allen Bradley Panelview Plus 700 HMI, A/B micrologix 1400 PLC. Serial # 50588-01/02.Last used on plastic tub with an indentation for rfid tag, (that triggered a buzzer). Once the container was labeled with the RFID tag, it was transferred to a downstream labeler that applied a pressure sensitive label over the tag.

The Quadrel Q60 EAS Proline is a high-performance RFID pressure-sensitive labeler designed for precise and efficient RFID tag application. Capable of applying approximately 50-60 labels per minute, this system features a redundant dual-head design, ensuring continuous operation and minimal downtime.
With a 4-1/2" web width and a maximum label width of 4-3/8", the Q60 EAS Proline is currently set up with a 2" peeler plate. Its variable speed stepper motor label drive dispenses labels at up to 2,200 inches per minute, supporting label rolls with an OD of up to 20 inches.
Equipped with servo-driven label heads and a 4-1/2" wide belt conveyor, this system provides precision and reliability. It includes a Keyence vision system with reject, an Allen Bradley PanelView Plus 700 HMI, and an A/B MicroLogix 1400 PLC for advanced control.
This unit was last used for applying RFID tags on plastic tubs, where an indentation in the container triggered a buzzer upon label application. The RFID-tagged containers were then transferred to a downstream labeler for additional label application.
