This Matrix Packaging Morpheus 1215SR3 continuous motion vertical form fill seal system is paired with a Yamato ADW-0-0114S 14-head combination scale for high-speed, precise weighing and bagging. Capable of speeds up to 190 bags per minute, this line is ideal for food and snack applications requiring consistent weights and high throughput. The stainless steel construction with washdown-rated motors supports hygienic production environments.

The integrated Yamato scale features 1-liter volume buckets with embossed surfaces to minimize sticking, handling a maximum piece size of 60 mm and up to 500 g in a single discharge. The system includes a washdown cleated infeed conveyor, stainless steel operator platform, stainless steel washdown turntable, print registration, and a Videojet DataFlex 6530 continuous thermal printer for date coding and graphics.
