Description

This Used Comadis Model C85 Automatic Plastic Tube Filler with High Frequency Sealer is a high-performance tube packaging machine capable of filling and sealing plastic tubes at speeds up to 80 tubes per minute depending on product characteristics and tube size.

The system includes a cassette tube loader and bulk empty tube feeder, allowing continuous automated feeding into the filling station. Tubes pass through tube cleaning and print registration systems to ensure accurate alignment before filling and sealing.

The machine features a stainless steel agitated product hopper with cover, designed to maintain product consistency for viscous materials. The filling system includes bottom-up filling and a positive shut-off nozzle to reduce dripping and ensure accurate dosing.

Sealing is performed using a combination of two hot sealing jaws and one high-frequency sealing jaw, ensuring strong and consistent seals across various plastic tube materials. Additional finishing operations include emboss coding, tube trimming, and automatic product ejection.

Safety guards are installed throughout the system for operator protection. The unit is reported to require one bottom base side cover, which may need replacement prior to operation.
