This used Huizhou Pingfang HTSYS-5 Capsule Filling System is a semi-automatic softgel encapsulation line designed for high-speed, small to medium-scale production. Constructed from stainless steel for GMP-compliant use, this machine features a touchscreen PLC control panel, four piston-driven dosing stations, and a rolling die system with adjustable speeds from 0–5 RPM. Rolling die size is 64mm x 75mm.
The system comes fully equipped with essential peripherals for turnkey operation, including a 100L gelatin melting/dosing tank, tumble dryer, water chiller, air compressor, grinding tank, capsule conveyor, and drying trays. Reportedly test run once without product, it is in like-new condition.
