Unused Speed Dee Model 3700S Servo Rotary Auger Filler with Integrated Wipotec (OCS) Checkweigher. Has Twin Auger filler with 36" Diameter base unit. Dyco bottle throttle for transitioning bottles off of the checkweigher. Has optional 8" diameter hopper windows, portable storage carts for each set of changeparts. Currently set up to run: 3.66/3.67 round diameters with single timing screw and adapters for 3.35", 3.63", 5.61" and 6.63" tall round bottles. Handling parts for 3.70/3.72 round container handling parts with adapaters for 3.95" and 7.13" tall round containers. 4.88/4.89" diamerter round container handling parts with adapters for 5.19" and 6.39" tall round containers. Has 5.00" diameter container handling parts with adapters for 6.25" tall round containers. Includes additional set of funnels, Hopper lift/lower crank assembly. Originally designed to run 120CPM containers in the following volumes: 6oz/89mm, 19oz/89mm, 25oz/89mm, 32oz/89mm, 36oz/89mm, 250cc/53mm, 400cc/63mm, 44oz/120mm, 64oz/120mm, 1500cc/110mm. WIpotec checkweigher has feedback to Auger filler, pneumatic diverter reject with controls in Newma 4 box. 3/60/480V

🔹 Description
This Unused Speed Dee Model 3700S Servo Rotary Auger Filler with Integrated Wipotec OCS Checkweigher is a high-speed filling system designed for precise dosing of powders into rigid round containers. The twin auger system is mounted on a 36" rotary base, delivering speeds up to 120 containers per minute (CPM). It is built for versatility, allowing for multiple bottle sizes and changeover efficiency using portable storage carts for handling parts.
The unit includes a Wipotec checkweigher with direct feedback loop to the auger filler for real-time fill weight adjustment and a pneumatic reject system housed in a NEMA 4 control enclosure. Also included are hopper window options (8" diameter), a hopper lift/lower crank, and a Dyco bottle throttle for smooth container transition off the checkweigher.
Currently tooled for multiple round bottle sizes ranging from 6oz to 64oz and 250cc to 1500cc containers with various height and diameter combinations. This system is ideal for nutritional powders, pharmaceutical, chemical, and food-grade filling lines.
