Used Single Head 5 Gallon Pacific Semi-Automatic Net Weight Pail Filler. Pacific, semi-automatic, single head, 5 gallon. Net weight pail filler. Its a bottom up filler with a diving lance to minimize foaming. The frame is made from mild steel and is fully welded for strength. All contact parts are stainless steel. It operates on air and 110v ac. Both the frame and filling column have levelling legs. This is a well built, reliable work horse. Attach your conveyer and load your pails. The pneumatic shuttle moves the pail to the load cell platform. The tare is automatic. The air operated drip tray retreats and the stainless lance enters the pail. The air operated conical anti drip bottom valve opens and begins to fill. The conical bottom valve disperses the liquid to further reduce foaming. When the desired weight is achieved, filling stops, the bottom valve retreats, sealing the lance and pneumatic ball valve shuts off stopping liquid flow. The lance lifts and the drip tray is deployed, automatically ending the fill cycle. The operator slides the pail to the capping platform and the operation repeats while the operator caps the pail. This filler can be used to fill plastic or metal pails. The fill cycle is automatically controlled by the PLC but can be manually operated as well if desired. The shuttle system pail loader makes clean up easy to reduce maintenance. There are no chains or conveyor belts to lubricate, clean and maintain. The pneumatic shuttle and lance cylinders are completely enclosed with exterior rails. This filler is easy to operate and maintain.
