Description

This Used Triton Innovation Conveyor System includes both an Incline Conveyor and a Scrap Conveyor, each built in a hygienic stainless steel “Z” style design for food-grade product handling. Both conveyors feature thermodrive positively driven blue flat-top FDA belts with thermolace splices, 4-inch corrugated sidewalls, and 3-inch tall flights on 12-inch centers for efficient product movement.

The Incline Conveyor has a 12’1” horizontal infeed and a 16’7” incline section at ~60°, with an overall length of 23’4”. The Scrap Conveyor has a 13’4” horizontal infeed and a shorter 2’4” incline, with an overall length of 17’6”. Both units are rated up to 1,800 PPM (depending on product) and powered for consistent, high-throughput conveying.

Originally used in a chip manufacturing line, this system is ideal for snack food, bakery, produce, and other sanitary conveying applications.
