This Used Moen Packaging System includes the PF106-BIFQV Bliss Box Former and SS-231 Continuous Motion Case Sealer, ideal for forming and sealing 3-piece bliss boxes at high speed. The former handles up to 30 cases per minute by assembling a box using end panels, internal flanges, and body wraps from flat blanks. The SS-231 sealer then completes the process with continuous motion sealing at speeds up to 35 cases per minute.
With Allen Bradley CompactLogix PLC controls, a Proface touchscreen HMI, and a Moen hot melt glue system, this system is modern, fast, and easy to operate. It was last running pet food cases, making it perfect for heavy-duty packaging operations in consumer goods, food, or industrial supply.
