Has changeparts available for the following cap diameters (1 set included with machine: 89MM, 53mm, 63mm, 120mm and 110mm. Has the following options: digital container counter (BPM) missing cap foil liner detector, skewed/cross threaded cap detector, downstream motion detector, three speed mode (backlog surge control), low level warning in hopper, reject in chute for upside down caps, reject station / verification with missing cap inspection, one usb with machine, alarm list with recovery procedures, flange mounted disconnect, programming port for electrical cabinet, dedicated over current protection for individual inputs, PowerFlex 525 VFD's, physical barrier to separate high and low voltage, terminal blocks with standoffs, Allen Bradley series 30mm devices, Machine status Post with Audible Alarm and NAT Module.
