This Used Flexicon Bulk-Out Bulk Bag Slitter/Discharger System is engineered for efficient, dust-controlled unloading of bulk bags up to 3,200 lb capacity. The system includes a cantilevered I-beam with an electrically operated 2-ton TEFC hoist and trolley system, providing safe and ergonomic bag handling.

The bag lifting frame is designed for bulk bags up to 48” wide (full) with a seam width of 32” x 36”, and bags up to 72” high. It accommodates loop lengths of 8” to 10”. Also included are a VFD with reversing feature for conveyor drive, and a 4” touchscreen HMI for user-friendly control and status display.

Powered by 3 Phase / 60 Hz / 480V, this system ensures safe, continuous, and sanitary discharge of dry bulk materials in demanding environments.
