The S. Howe 120 Cu. Ft. Double Ribbon Blender is an industrial-grade stainless steel mixing system designed for high-efficiency blending of dry and semi-wet materials. With trough dimensions of approximately 144” L x 48” D x 45” W (to be confirmed), it provides ample space for bulk material blending. The double ribbon mixing design ensures consistent and uniform blending by moving materials both radially and laterally.
Equipped with a pneumatic knife gate for controlled discharge and a Hercules Syncrogear drive system, this blender ensures smooth operation and precise ingredient handling. Additionally, an integrated spray bar allows for liquid additions during processing, enhancing its versatility for coating and moisture control applications.
