Description:

This used GEM Equipment Double Spiral Ribbon Mixer is designed for efficient mixing of dry, powder, or semi-wet materials in food, chemical, and industrial processing applications. Constructed from stainless steel, the mixer features a 76 cubic foot capacity and a trough measuring approximately 84" long x 42" wide x 53" deep.

The 2” wide x 1/2” thick spiral ribbons ensure consistent and thorough blending, driven by a Sew-Eurodrive 1 HP motor (3/60/230/460V, 1751 RPM). The unit is equipped with a 6” bottom discharge and a 4” side bottom pneumatic ball valve discharge for controlled material flow.

For convenience, the mixer includes six (6) compartment hinged lids, a gearbox, and start/stop controls. Previously used in a food processing operation, this mixer is ideal for sanitary applications and industrial bulk mixing.
