Description:
This used stainless steel double spiral ribbon blender is a high-capacity industrial mixing unit, designed for efficient blending of powders, granules, and bulk solids in food, chemical, and pharmaceutical applications.
With an 80 cubic foot capacity, the non-jacketed trough measures approximately 94” long x 40” wide x 45” deep, providing ample mixing volume. It features a 4” diameter shaft, with inner and outer ribbon blades (2” wide x ½” thick) mounted on 1-¼” diameter posts, ensuring uniform blending with efficient radial and axial movement.
The unit is equipped with a hinged top cover and safety grate, offering easy ingredient loading and operator safety. Multiple top openings (22” x 24”, 16” x 13-½”, 11-¾” diameter) allow for ingredient addition, inspection, and maintenance access. The blender has a 6” center bottom outlet, facilitating efficient product discharge.
