Description

Used 20 Cubic Foot T316 Stainless Steel Ribbon Blender, specifically designed for efficient, high-shear mixing of powders, granules, and bulk solids in food, pharmaceutical, chemical, and nutraceutical industries. The T316 stainless steel construction provides superior corrosion resistance, making it ideal for applications requiring high sanitary standards or exposure to corrosive materials.

This unit features a double ribbon design, with interrupted 1/4" wide x 1.5" ribbons, offering excellent axial and radial mixing action for fast, uniform blending. The mixing chamber dimensions are 24" wide x 6' long x 27" deep, giving approximately 20 cubic foot capacity.

The blender has a 6" center bottom discharge outlet, facilitating fast and efficient material discharge. It also includes a two-piece hinged cover, allowing easy access for loading and maintenance, while improving safety and dust containment.

Powered by a 15 HP dual cycle motor, compatible with:

• 3 Phase / 60 Cycle / 230/460 Volt at 1455 RPM
• 3 Phase / 50 Cycle / 200/400 Volt at 1455 RPM

This flexible power configuration makes it suitable for both North American and international operations.
