Used Darin Machinery Animal / Fish Feed Pellet Mill System. Capacity of 1.5 to 8 Ton per hour. Consisting of: Liyang Jize Machinery Co. Pellet Mill with screw feeder & (2) conditioners, Model SZLH350. Capacity of 3-6 Tons per hour. 9-1/2" x 7" x 19" deep feed hopper. 350mm (13.78") diameter die, 16" diameter x 4-1/2" wide screen with approximately 1/8" holes. Driven by a 55kw (73.7hp), 3/60/220 volt, 1776r/min motor. Serial# 201412002. Machine can produce pellets for animal feed or wood pellets. (1) Liyang Counter Flow Cooler, model SKLN4, capacity 4-8 tons per hour, cooling volume 4m3, serial# 201412001. It cools the pellet with a temperature of 70C~90C to a temperature 3C~5C slightly higher than ambient temperature, and can lower to a safety moisture content. The cooled pellets not only improve in hardness but also can prevent from going moldy, which facilitates the transportation and storage. (1) Cyclone. (1) 15kW Blower. (1) 4Kw Feeder. The system also includes a Liyang SKLN4 Counter Flow Cooler, designed to reduce pellet temperature from 70-90°C to just above ambient, ensuring hardened, mold-resistant pellets for improved storage and transport.
