Description

A used Turbo Mill Model CMTM-1500 fine grinding system, powered by a 200 HP TEFC electric motor, designed to process rigid and semi-rigid materials into fine particles smaller than 1/16″ in diameter. Especially suited for processing hair wires, fine strand materials, and other difficult-to-grind feedstocks.

The system includes a clam-shell design for easy access, interchangeable wear-plates and beater knives, and a carbon steel plate body for durability. Comes with a CMBL-4 system including a 50 HP blower with VFD, cyclone, and airlock.

A controls cabinet is included with a 200 HP VFD for the Turbo Mill, 50 HP VFD for the blower, motor starter for the airlock, and 5 HP VFD for an optional infeed hopper. Both blower, cyclone, and airlock valve are included, ensuring full functionality.
