Used Microfluidics Microfluidizer Processor, model M-110EH-30, designed for high-pressure processing and particle size reduction applications. This electric-hydraulic system is capable of operating at pressures up to 30,000 PSI (2068 bar), delivering consistent and uniform results across a variety of demanding processes.

The unit offers a flow rate of approximately 300–450 mL/min with a minimum batch size of 100–120 mL, making it suitable for both R&D and small-scale production environments. It features a ~5 HP electric-hydraulic intensifier and is constructed of stainless steel with a sanitary, clean-in-place (CIP) capable design.
