Description

This Used ANIVI 8’ x 15’ Ball Mill System is a complete closed-circuit grinding plant featuring dynamic air classification and integrated dust collection. Previously utilized for milling dry zircon (7.5 Mohs hardness) at approximately 10 metric tons per day, this system is engineered for fine mineral processing applications requiring precision particle size control.

The ball mill is powered by a 275 kW (370 HP) motor through a 10:1 gear reducer, delivering substantial torque for processing hard materials. The mill’s internal dimensions measure 2420mm diameter x 4500mm long, providing efficient grinding volume.

The system includes:

• 8’ diameter ANIVI-Sturtevant Dynamic Air Classifier (25 kW drive)

• Ramsey 600mm Weigh Belt Feeder with load cells and controls

• Three Jervis B. Webb screw conveyors (9” diameter)

• Two Mikro-Pulsaire Dust Collectors

• 40’ High ANIVI Bucket Elevator
