Used-18" Diameter X 21’ Long Thermo Twin Screw Cooker/Mixer, 304 Stainless Steel, Food Grade. 5,500 lb working capacity. ¼" thick flighting spaced every 18". Fully enclosed housing. Steam jacketed trough with 1 1/8" diameter steam fittings. Originally designed to mount on sub-frame equipped with Weightronics load cells. Two 6" diameter material outlets on each end of trough. Screws rotate in opposite directions to mix material. Screws convey material in opposite direction feeding both outlets. Two 12" X 17" material inlets. 3" diameter stainless steel shafting. 15 hp Reliance motor, 1765 rpm, 230/460 volt, 254TC frame. Chain drive complete with chain and guard. ½ hp motor, 1725 rpm, 230/460 volt drive to operating rotating cleaning system. Drawings on file. Originally hydro tested @ 25 psi. Manufactured by Alpo.
