🔹 Description:

This Used Carmen Industries Vibratory Fluid Bed Processor (Model FBP-562) is a complete drying and processing system designed for thermal drying and moisture reduction of high-fat content materials, such as proteins or feedstock.

The stainless steel unit features a perforated bed measuring approximately 45" wide x 17'6" long, with two drying zones and one cooling zone, reaching a maximum drying temperature of 300°F. Driven by a 7.5 HP motor, it includes a top plenum, control panel, and Stelter & Brinck natural gas-fired air heater.

The full system includes auxiliary downstream components such as:

• Kason Centri-Sifter

• Horizon Systems VHF Vent Hopper with filter/blower

• Sweco 40” Single Deck Screener

Previously used for drying fatty proteins at a feed rate of 3,200 lbs/hour (65% moisture), discharging at 6% final moisture. Built in 2016, this integrated stainless-steel contact system offers efficient, continuous drying, sifting, crushing, and classification in a unified skid.
