Used GreenBroz Precision Batcher System, Model GBZ101. Capable of 20-24 batches/min, and capacity is dependent on good quality raw material, acceptable individual piece sizes for batch size, and post-packaging process; Capacity is dependent on batch size. I.e., 1g batches generally pack at a higher rate than larger batch sizes such as 3.5, or 7g. Maximum flower size (based on dry/ trimmed product): Max. Product Length - 60 mm(2.25"), Max Product width - 45mm (1.8). System includes: Controller, load cells, pneumatic valves, control panel, frame, weighing bin, batch funnel, dual check weigher, and packing stations. New in 2018.
