Used- ZIPTECH Brewery with capacity of 10 hectolitres consisting of: 2-vessel brewhouse, automated from mash to whirlpool transfer. Brewhouse includes 2-roll malt mill, mash hydrator with pumps, mash tun/steam-jacketed kettle with 1850 L nominal volume, lauter tun, hop soder, pump, automated valves, a user-friendly display monitor, remove control, (2) sampling taps, whirlpool, 2-stage plate heat exchanger, 1600 L hot liquor tank with pump. (3) 10hL DPVs (dual purpose vessels) made by Ziptech in 2014. Rated 2 bar with working pressure 1.6 bar, nominal capacity 1300 L, and working capacity 1000 L. (1) 10hL DPV made by Brew-Tek. Rated 1 bar, nominal capacity 1300 L, and working capacity 1000 L. (1) Glycol chiller unit 15Kw. (1) Glycol tank with 1000 l capacity. (1) Ice water tank with 1000 L capacity. - 72 kW electric steam generator with capacity 100 kg/hour. (2) 10hL Bier-Drive lagering tanks rated 3 bar and working pressure 2 bar. With fill / dump arm. (1) Ziptech CIP system including (2) 150L tanks (caustic and acid/rinse) and pump. (1) Meheen M6 bottling machine for isobaric bottling of 330 ml bottles 26 mm diameter caps with capacity up to 1500 bottles/hour. (1) Elf 50 labeler. (1) BRB Globus rotary labeller and additional infrastructure.
