Unit's Jacket max allowable pressure 35 PSIG and max temperature 300F. Hydrotest pressure is rated 80 PSIG on vessel and 100 PSIG on jacket. Top has n 18”RFSO with blind flange with a 1” agitator shaft(no motor included) , one 2- ¼” threaded sanitary fitting, one 1-¾” sightglass, one- 3/8” plug, one ¼” plug, one- ¾” plug and a Ametek MNG DIV. Constructed of 316/316L stainless steel with 3/8" shell and heads. Vessel is rated for 45 psi from -20 to 350 F and 15 psi vacuum. 316/316L stainless steel dimple heat-transfer surface is rated for 150 psi from -20 to 350 F and includes 1-1/2" inlet and outlet connections. Product-contact surfaces are mechanically polished and electropolished to 15 Ra, with approximately 35 Ra exterior finish. Vessel is insulated with 2" insulation and stainless steel sheathing.
