Used Welex 6.0 30D 6" Single Screw Extruder 500 HP, 30:1 L/D, Vented Barrel with Dynisco Hydraulic Screen Changer. Featuring a 30:1 L/D ratio with an air-cooled, vented barrel (vent currently plugged) located approximately 120" from the center of the feed throat. Equipped with six barrel heating zones, nine die heating zones, Tempco Cool Touch heater bands, and a direct-driven Koellmann gearbox with an 8.7:1 ratio. Driven by a 500 HP Reliance AC motor rated for up to 200 screw RPM. Includes a 10" L x 8" W feed throat, 68" centerline height, and a 6" Dynisco hydraulic screen changer complete with hydraulic power unit. Electrical requirements are 460 Volt, 3 Phase, 60 Hz.
