Used- Union Process Circulation Attritor System, Model QL-25. Grinding tank capacity of 27.5 gallons. Includes approximately 250 gallon recirculation tank equipped with anchor stirrer and mixer. Unit is driven by a 40 HP motor. Maximum pumping rate of 35 gpm depending on grind media and slurry viscosity. 3/60/460V. Serial # 190402, built 2019. Possible applications and suitable products include wet grinding and dispersion of coatings, inks, pigments, chemicals, minerals, metal oxides, and other pumpable slurries requiring fine and uniform particle size reduction.

Used-This is a Szegvari Union Process model 1SD, Type B attritor mill system. Its serial number is 990702. Stainless steel contact parts. It is equipped with a 5 hp explosion proof varidrive, tachometer and jacketed bowl. The bowl has a total capacity of 1.5 gallons with a workin capacity of 0.8 gallons. 230/460 vac 3 ph power required. This unit comes with a 38 gallon jaketed mix tank with dispersion and side scraping agitation and also a diaphragm pump. This is a nice system that can be used for wet or dry milling. Good condition.
