Jacketed drum approximate 43" diameter x 25" deep, rated 2 bar at 134 degrees C. Hinged front jacketed door with a mixing baffle/scraper driven by a 15 hp, 3/60/230/460 volt, 1750 rpm gear motor, ratio 65.51 to 1. (1) Trapezoidal kneading element driven by a 104 kw, 3/60/460 volt, 1180 rpm motor. Top mounted ingredient hopper with slide gate valve, bottom outlet with a slide gate valve. Includes a hydraulic power pack, control panel (2) feed hoppers. Mounted on a stainless steel frame with 40" tall legs. Serial# C85-711.036.01.

Drum approximate 46" diameter x 30" deep. 14" x 15.25" infeed, 21.5 in x 13" discharge. Hinged front door with mixing baffle/scraper driven by approximate 15 hp motor. Kneading element (Incomplete) driven by a approximate 100/120kW motor. Includes control panel with Allen Bradley controls. Serial # 3353393.

Used Stephan Cutter / High Speed Universal Horizontal Vacuum Mixer, Stainless Steel. Jacketed 29" diameter x 17" deep SS bowl. Hydraulic slide gate discharge 12" x 10". Driven by a 15 kw drive, with Stephan Stainless steel hopper 32" x 12" straight side x 22" cone. Pneumatic butterfly valve, Stephan incline discharge conveyor, 24" wide x 80", discharge, with control panel. Serial # 718781. No tag on the Mixer, but it appears to look like a Model TK150. Used for Dough/ Bakery.
