Oversized 16" diameter shaft pipe, Journals thru-bored to allow heating fluid flow through shaft. 22' Overall jacket length; 14.9 psig design pressure. Designed for thermal fluid heating/cooling media or low pressure steam. 316 stainless steel construction in product contact and jacket areas. 3" inlet/outlet on main body; 1" on heated/cooling screw. Fulton control panel 120-VAC, 1-Phase, 60HZ with 6 digital PID temperature controllers. 3 x 3" pneumatic valves for inlet fluid control on main body of screw conveyor. 1 x 1" pneumatic valve for inlet fluid control on screw. 10 x 3" manual gate valves for support plumbing, Sectional covers.
