Enclosed helical gears with ration of 3.0:1 between the feed and fixed rolls, and a 2.02:1 ratio between the fixed and apron rolls; Roll size is (actual) 15.75 diameter (40cm) x 40" (101.6cm) grinding length; Air operated, approximately 60 PSI stainless steel scraper knife holder; Cast iron frame; cast dual metal rolls; four point manual roll adjustment; positive roll temperature control; multi-V belt drive. Driven by a 75HP, 3/60/230-460V, 1200 RPM, AC motor. Previously used for bar soap.
