It utilizes a two-pass vertical design with a spiral rib heat exchanger and a fully water-backed pressure vessel with no refractory. Typical thermal efficiency is in the 8286% range with steam quality =99.75%. The unit is equipped with a fully modulating, linkage less burner capable of up to a 10:1 turndown ratio and is configured for natural gas, propane, or dual fuel, with NOx emissions typically below 20 ppm depending on setup.
