Used Skid-mounted Enerquip / American Heating Company hot oil heater, Model AHE-235, rated approximately 2.352.4 MMBTU/hr, designed for indirect thermal fluid heating in industrial process applications. Unit features a serpentine radiant coil with finned convection (economizer) section for efficient heat transfer and extended thermal fluid life, constructed with seamless ASTM A-106 Grade B tubing, internal ceramic fiber insulation, and a " carbon steel shell. Equipped with a fully modulating gas-fired burner, centrifugal hot oil circulation pump, remotely mounted expansion tank with level indication, and integrated control panel. Safety features include high oil temperature shutdown, high stack temperature shutdown, low oil level protection, and differential pressure monitoring. Designed for outdoor installation, skid mounted for ease of transport and installation, suitable for process heating, renewable fuels, chemical, food, and general industrial applications. Last used on cooking oil.
