Used DCR Construction acid reduction column, 304 stainless steel, vertical design. Approx. 36" diameter x 297" straight side with 2:1 elliptical top and bottom heads, giving approx. 49' overall height. Internal rating 50 psi at -20 to 250 F. Top openings include 18" vapor outlet, 6" liquid inlet, 24" manway with cover and davit arm, 12" packing dump, 8" vapor inlet, and (4) 3" nozzles. Bottom openings include 24" manway with cover and davit arm and 4" liquid bottom outlet. Mounted on approx. 183" tall carbon steel skirt. Serial 4411 7798, National Board #216, built 2007.Suitable for acid reduction/scrubbing or other gas/liquid contact applications in chemical processing, where 304 stainless construction and 50 psi rating are required. Multiple manways and packing dump facilitate packing installation and maintenance. Subject to buyer engineering and regulatory validation.
