Used- Combi Model HL-E2000 Automatic Case Erector Packer and Sealer for Cartoned Product. Operates at speeds of up to 9 cases per minute. Machine has maximum case size ranges of 8.5" to 16.5" length; 4.75" to 12.25" width; and 4" to 19.5" height. Currently set up to load cartons into cases in as a single push with 3 stacks of 8 cartons for a total of 24 cartons per case, carton infeed and upstack collation is built for a maximum 4" wide carton as conveyed on infeed . Utilizes 3m taping heads for top and bottom case sealing. Has Allen Bradley SLC 5/03 PLC controls (upgrades available upon request). System consists of Combi E-3500 case erector with HL downstack loader and Combi TBS100FC case sealer. LH cases 2" tape heads. 3 amps. 3/60/230V. Machine may be retooled and set to your size case. Equipped with E-1000 blank case magazine, 15" wide x 120" long x 43"high product in feed conveyor, with adjustable product lanes, packing grid, soft drop case lift plate, no case / no product sensor, 17" high case in feed/discharge height with 3"height ajustable legs. A/B PLC and e-stops. Last running 24/16oz bottles in a corrugated case.
