Used Baker Perkins MP24 Twin Screw Extruder with Chiller, PLC Controls & Spare Parts Built 2015. Designed for laboratory applications as well as small-batch production. The unit features a jacketed extrusion chamber and includes two sets of 1" diameter by 24" long twin screws. It is equipped with a fly knife cutter, an Ice Cool Energy water chiller, and a PLC-based control system with HMI interface for precise process control. The machine operates on 460-volt, 3-phase, 60 Hz power and is mounted on casters for easy mobility. Serial # 7221, Built 2015. Also included is a cart of spare parts.
