Criveller supplies stainless steel tanks and processing equipment for breweries, wineries, beverage producers, and other liquid-processing operations. Its fermentation and process vessels are commonly configured with sanitary connections, temperature-control jackets, CIP components, and agitation systems for production environments.

This 2023 Criveller 6,000-gallon fermenter features 304 stainless steel construction, a dimple cooling jacket, top-mounted agitator, dual CIP spray balls, sanitary tri-clamp connections, and cone-style vessel geometry. It was previously used in beer production.

Available for sale is a used 2023 Criveller 6,000-gallon stainless steel jacketed fermenter tank, previously used for beer production.

Constructed of 304 stainless steel, the vessel measures approximately 9' diameter x 18' 7-7/8" overall height and features a slightly conical top and bottom.

The tank is equipped with a top-mounted agitator featuring a stainless steel shaft and blades with a bottom steady bearing, providing mechanical mixing capability for compatible fermentation and beverage-processing applications.

For cleaning and sanitation, the vessel incorporates two CIP spray balls and two 2" tri-clamp CIP inlets. Additional sanitary connections are provided on the top of the vessel.

Temperature-control capability is provided by a top-side dimple jacket with 1" inlet and outlet connections. A 1/2" sidewall thermowell provides a location for process-temperature monitoring.

Access includes a round stainless steel hinged top manway and an oval hinged manway near the lower sidewall. Product discharge is through a 3" tri-clamp center-bottom outlet.

The vessel is supported on six legs and, with its large capacity, sanitary features, agitation, CIP equipment, and jacketed construction, may be well suited for breweries and other beverage or liquid-processing facilities seeking a large-volume stainless process vessel.
