The DCI 3,000-Gallon Twin Motion Kettle is a high-performance stainless steel mixing and processing vessel designed for heating, cooling, blending, and agitation of viscous or temperature-sensitive products in food, cosmetic, pharmaceutical, and chemical applications.

Constructed from 316 stainless steel, this vessel features a jacketed sidewall and cone bottom rated for 150 PSI @ 200°F, providing exceptional thermal control during mixing.

The twin motion agitation system includes:

• A 20 HP Nord motor driving an anchor agitator with bottom and sidewall scrapers for uniform product turnover.

• A 25 HP Nord motor driving an offset, four-tier, four-blade pitched turbine agitator, ensuring efficient blending and circulation.

The kettle also includes a 24" top manway, 3" bottom outlet, and a dish top with cone bottom design for complete product drainage and easy cleaning.
Mounted on four sturdy stainless legs, the unit stands approximately 252" overall height.
