Description:

The LEE 1000-Gallon Sanitary Jacketed Kettle is a high-performance processing vessel, designed for precise mixing, heating, and cooling in sanitary applications such as food, pharmaceuticals, and chemical processing.

Built with stainless steel construction, this unit features a sweep/scrape mixer for consistent, uniform blending while preventing product buildup and scorching. The internal vessel is rated for 60 PSI/full vacuum at 250°F, while the jacket is rated for 100 PSI at 338°F, ensuring high-efficiency thermal processing.

The mixing system is powered by a 7.5 HP motor operating at 1170 RPM, connected through a Nord Gear reducer with a 27 RPM output. Additionally, the unit is equipped with a 6" flange to accommodate a higher-speed mixer (not included), allowing for versatile processing options.

For easy cleaning, the kettle includes three spray balls for Clean-in-Place (CIP), ensuring hygienic operation. It is also equipped with a flush-mount outlet valve, minimizing product retention and maximizing efficiency during discharge.

This unit is unused and still mounted on the original manufacturer’s skid. Drawings are available on file.
