Description

This used Crepaco 300-gallon jacketed reactor is a 316 stainless steel, vertical processing vessel featuring a domed top and coned bottom. It is equipped with a two-zone jacket rated at 150 psi @ 350°F, while the vessel itself is rated for 25 psi @ 350°F. The reactor features a counter-current scrape agitation system, powered by a 40 HP hydraulic pack with a motor rated at 40 HP, 230/460V, 1760 RPM, and an output speed of approximately 0-70 RPM.

Designed for industrial applications, it includes a 16” top manway with a lid, a 4" reduced to 2" tri-clamp discharge, and an integrated stainless steel frame with forklift tubes for easy transportation.
