This Used Zerma ZXS 2000 Single Roll Shredder is a heavy-duty industrial shredding system designed for size reduction of high-volume plastic waste and other tough materials. The machine features a 29.25" diameter x 78.8" (750 mm x 2020 mm) E-type rotor with 94 interchangeable knives and 5 bed knives, offering high cutting performance and flexibility.

With a massive feed chamber of 78.8” x 99.06” (2020 mm x 2540 mm) and hydraulic ram feed system, the shredder ensures controlled material intake and uniform throughput. Driven by two 90 kW (or 2 x 70 kW) belt-driven motors through a gearbox, the rotor runs at a maximum 45 RPM, ideal for powerful, slow-speed cutting.

Included in the system is an 11 kW hydraulic operating unit, a material feed hopper, bottom outlet screen, and additional structural infrastructure. At 17 tonnes total weight, this machine is built for high-duty operation in plastics, recycling, and industrial waste applications.
