Built in 2018, this robust shredding package includes a Lindner Micromat Plus 2500 shredder, metal detection system, conveyor, cyclone, Dreyer granulator, hydraulic unit, Siemens controls, and supporting infrastructure.

The shredder is powered by a 240 HP (160 kW) motor operating on 400 Volt, 50 Hz, 3 Phase power and is capable of processing approximately 4 to 8+ metric tons per hour, depending on material characteristics, feed rates, and screen configuration. The Micromat series is recognized throughout the recycling industry for its energy-efficient single-shaft design, intelligent cutting system, and consistent particle size reduction.
