Description

Available for sale is a used Retech / Vecoplan Model VH34/75 horizontal shredder powered by a 75 HP motor and supplied with a 30-foot-long vibratory infeed conveyor.

The shredder features a 5" x 34" feed opening and a 16" diameter rotor equipped with 44 cutters. The cutting rotor operates at approximately 390 RPM and is belt-driven by a 75 HP, 460-volt, 1,185 RPM electric motor. Two powered infeed rollers help positively feed material into the cutting chamber and are driven by approximately 1 kW SEW-Eurodrive motors and gearboxes.

A 2" hole screen is currently installed to control discharged particle size, with processed material exiting through a gravity discharge. The shredder has an approximately 41.5" infeed height and includes a stand-alone starter/control panel.

Also included is a 30' vibratory infeed conveyor, Model VR85/12, Serial No. 8809020. Conveyor controls are not included.

Built in 2006, this heavy-duty horizontal shredder package is well suited for industrial recycling, wood waste reduction, manufacturing scrap processing, and other size-reduction applications.
